Councils in North Yorkshire offer schemes for the homeless

Councils in both Redcar and Cleveland provide the Landlords Charter Scheme. This will offer free advice on housing problems as well as a security deposit bond guarantee. Another focus is on the disabled and people with mental health challenges that live in the area.
