Hello, I am seeking legal help. I was on ESA as I suffer from agoraphobia. I also have 2 disc displaced in my spine which effects my movement and is very painful. I was reassessed for ESA a few days before going into hospital to have my gallbladder removed, which ended in complications.
During this time the benefits stopped my money and told me I needed to claim JSA as apparently I’m fit for work. They defaulted on my rent and the council are intending to evict me by Christmas, they told the CAB, unless I pay £780 I’m on the street. I have no one who can help me and I cannot afford legal help. I’m losing my home.
