Ongoing tenancy support is arranged too. This is mostly provided by the Homeless Action Outreach Team.

Leeds based Holdforth Court is for single, homeless men. Occupants will have access to kitchen facilities, safe single rooms, and other support. The aid is to help the male break the cycle of homelessness. Anyone using the Court needs to have referrals from the Leeds City Council.

After an assessment takes place, they may find short term accommodations. In addition to that, the person will partner with their St. Annes key worker to find more long term, permanent accommodation. This will involve a resettlement plan, exploring funds for rental expenses, and applications for housing benefits.

The hostel at Bevin Court is another location that is based in Sheffield. It will give temporary accommodation for men over the age of 18. Clients will receive free advice and support. The aid is to help the person find and pay the deposit on their own private accommodation in the area.

The accommodation will use a key worker to advise and assist the homeless individual. This will include the creation of a plan for long term, permanent placement into affordable accommodations.
